  • Quiz run every other Tuesday (alternate Tuesday to The Royal Standard Of England).
  • Starts at 8pm and finishes at 10pm.
  • Each contestant puts £1 in a jar to be part of the quiz and the winning team wins the pound jar.
  • Average jackpot can be from £40-£50.
  • No other prizes.
  • Larger teams are given a handicap on points to be fair to the smaller teams.
  • Fully booked every week so reservations are imperative.
  • Everyone is welcome to eat during the quiz.
  • They serve fresh, home cooked food all through the day.
  • Large variety of local lagers, ales and a great range of wines including the Village Vino.
  • All food and drinks are served at 'village prices', So very reasonable.
  • Dogs and children are welcome.
